Ortiz Village

Ortiz Village began construction in 2016 and is in the first phase of a multi-phase development. The community provides 30 units of farmworker housing for work authorized employees of vintners in the Santa Rosa area. The development is new construction utilizing manufactured housing components assembled locally and brought to the site for final assembly. The financing was made possible by a coalition of nonprofits, government, business and private partnerships. On-site amenities include after school programs, computer classes, adult education, community space, a playground and laundry facilities.
